Chasing Small Minds

Let's face it school will never be the same this year, but we can still build relationships and make a positive impression. Study shows that greeting your students in a positive way in the morning yields a positive classroom culture. You are connecting with your students and making them feel comfortable. Students are feeling more welcomed and safer with you knowing that you welcome them every morning. I have noticed increased engagement,  and less disruptive behavior in the classroom from being able to connect with my students at this level.
